Rehabilitation of a modernist estate next to Rambla Catalunya.
Just a few steps from Rambla Catalunya, in the heart of the Eixample neighborhood in Barcelona, a house from the early 20th century has been renovated to accommodate 24 apartments. The project combines the historical charm of the building with a contemporary design, high quality standards, and a clear focus on natural light, comfort, and well-being.
