We present this impressive 500 m2 Palace within a 18th-century building which conserves the remains of an old building from the 15th and 16th century. In 1712, the estate was acquired to Francesc de Santgenís by Antoni de Magarola i Sentmenat and the building is today classified as a heritage by Barcelona's City Hall and comes under the definition of Palace.
