Ca'l Xabú is a three-star hotel and restaurant in the middle of a difficult to describe place. Its owners are from the same village, Cuérigo, in a calm valley and lush mountains, nestled between Aller and Nalón. One is a chef and the other a bagpiper, one a student of Manzano and the other a mycologist and antique dealer. Both created this place with the soul of a museum, where everything catches the eye. Chests, benches, pots, soup tureens, all stop being museum pieces when observing the charcoal kitchen, the oven, and the chimney in full swing.
