National Architecture Award 2002 for the best brick architecture, is the work of the Spanish architect Emilio Espinosa. Corten steel, glass, Iroko and Ipe wood, iron, exposed beams, brick, open spaces, a play of heights with ceilings up to 14 meters, dress the rooms that unfold surrounded by nature and the light that enters and exits the construction seamlessly through the large armored windows and thermal insulation.
The structure is supported by six large arches which, together with the use of noble, hydrophobic and waterproof materials, provide solidity and reliability to the building designed around a central courtyard presided over by a magnificent holm oak.
