The pool is maintained with solar panels, in addition to having a counter-current swimming system and an area of tropical palms, kentia palms, and ornamental plants. The winter kitchen has ancient terracotta floors and Carrara marble walls. The house floors are designed with wooden planks and aged travertine marble. The rooms are covered half-height with red travertine marble. Throughout the house, we find wonderful mosaics brought from Tunisia. At the entrance of the plot, there is a garage for 3 cars and a small independent apartment for the housekeeper with a bedroom and bathroom.
